- White Wine Vinegar (for the cucumbers!)

- XCT/MCT Oil
- Cocoa
- Salted Butter
- Perrier or any carbonated water – check the Nutrition facts to make sure it’s pure!
- And of course, all of the meats! Grass fed, if you can!
