Keto Grocery List

My go-to items for when I am shopping for the Keto lifestyle:

  • Heavy Cream
  • Cheese – of all kinds!
  • Spinach – you can add it to everything!
  • Cauliflower
  • Broccoli
  • Cucumbers
  • Tomatoes (only a few!)
  • Avocados
  • Cream Cheese – regular and Chive Whipped
  • Cheese Strings
  • Organic Pepperoni (Turkey) Sticks
  • Avocado Oil
  • White Wine Vinegar (for the cucumbers!)
  • Coconut Oil
  • XCT/MCT Oil
  • Cocoa
  • Salted Butter
  • Perrier or any carbonated water – check the Nutrition facts to make sure it’s pure!
  • And of course, all of the meats! Grass fed, if you can!
