Protein Balls Recipes

Hey y’all!

I’ve been living on protein balls lately and they’ve been a lifesaver for me!

Oatmeal Protein Balls:

1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter (any nut/seed butter will work)
1 scoop of protein powder (I typically use Vanilla in these)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup flax seed

Mix everything together until it forms a dough and roll into balls. Refrigerate.

You can add in anything you’d like – cranberries, chocolate chips, etc.

Chocolate Protein Balls:

2 cups almond or coconut flour
2 cups pitted dates
3 scoops protein powder
1/2 cup – 3/4 cup of water
Pinch of salt

Mix everything in food processor except water. Once the dates have broken down slowly add in the water a bit at a time. Depending how dry or moist your dates are you may or may not use all your water. Once a dough begins to form stopping adding in the water and roll into balls. If it is too sticky roll in coconut (unsweetened!) Again, you can fold in any add-ins you’d like here – chocolate chips are my favourite!
