I love making heart-shaped anything the week of Valentines! Why not be a total cheeseball right?!

So I made these crustless-dairy-free mini frittatas in silicon heart shaped moulds from Wilton! You can buy them at Michaels or Wal-Mart. You can make them in non-heart shaped silicon moulds but they obviously taste a little less good 😉 I may or may not be joking… you can be the judge on that!
Prep time: 15 mins
Cook time: 10 mins
Eating time: 30 seconds
Ingredients:
4 eggs
3/4 cup almond milk
Salt & Pepper
Red Pepper & Garlic Spice
Optional ingredients:
Bacon
Ham
Onion
Spinach
Mushrooms
Peppers
Cheese
I chose back bacon and onions for this batch:
Dice up all your ingredients into tiny bits:

Fry up your ingredients until sautéed and cooked:

While your ingredients are cooking, whisk up your eggs, spices and milk. I use Almond Milk because we are dairy free but of course, you can use any type of milk here.

Once your ingredients are finished add them to your egg mixture:

Fill your heart moulds with about a 1/4 cup egg mixture. It makes about 16 mini mould quiches.

Place moulds on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Take out of oven and let sit for a minute then pop them out of the moulds – they should fall right out when you tip it over!

How cute are these right?! These are great to freeze as well! You can meal prep a giant batch of these and have for many mornings to come!
Surprise your sweetheart with a hearty breakfast this Valentine’s Day! ❤️ XO!
